  • Laura

I am Laura and I am Green Lotus Therapies! My massage journey began in 2016 stuck in a career I hated i thought "what am I good at?" A few people mentioned that I have a touch and they could feel a warmth and healing energy from my hands, this led to a 2 year Practitioners Diploma in Complementary Therapies SCQF Level 8. Green Lotus Therapies was created in 2019, loving all things ancient Egypt the lotus flower appears in many hieroglyphics the lotus flower symbolizes the sun and creation, like the sun the lotus flower disappears at night only to re-emerge in the morning. Massage allows me to help others relax, soothe away aches and pains and harmonize mental well being. Finally this saying has become true " Find a job that you love and you will never work a day in your life!"

  • Shelley

Hi my name is Shelley and I love to work with individuals to help enhance all aspects of their lives by letting go of fears, phobias, limiting beliefs and overcoming personal challenges they may have. I do this by using a unique blend of practices.

I have an honours degree in Psychology and have completed my master facilitator training in PSYCH-K ®️ and I am also a certified Cold Water therapy practitioner.

I started my cold water journey in the North Sea. I joined an amazing group called the Salty Sister's Dunbar and Sea swimming became part of my everyday life. I started to notice the difference it made to me personally, so I wanted to explore that further and thats where my love of the cold started. During my research I discovered the Søeberg Principle which is based on the work of Susanna Søeberg, which is to enhance the metabolic effects of the cold, force your body to reheat on its own. Or "end with cold". I found this fascinating and discovered contrast therapy. The contrast between the hot and cold increases the benefits I was getting from cold water therapy alone and my new passion began.

As a certified Cold Water Therapy Practitioner with over 4 years of cold water experience, I will specialise in providing premium contrast therapy sessions. I have a love and passion for the holistic benefits of contrast therapy and my expertise lies in harnessing the power of the hot and cold to promote health and wellbeing, mental clarity, physical recovery and nervous system regulation.

As a PSYCH-K ®️ facilitator I work with individuals to rewrite limiting subconscious beliefs using muscle testing and whole brain configuration to help overcome fears, phobias, self esteem issues and any other unwanted thoughts that may be blocking you from reaching your desired goals in life.
